Henri A. VanReybrouck, 99 of Lambertville, MI, and formerly of Mt. Clemens, MI, died Saturday, November 8, 2014 in Aspen Grove Assisted Living, Lambertville, MI.  Born June 20, 1915 in Ichtegem, Belgium, he was the son of Karel and Emma (Strubbe) VanReybrouck.  Henri served in the Belgium Army during WWII. He was the widower of Godelieve B. Casteleyn and retired after nearly 30 years as a butcher for the former Ruoff Meats in Detroit, MI.  Henri enjoyed walking dogs and working outdoors.

He is survived by several nieces and nephews here in the U.S. and Belgium. A memorial mass was held at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Catholic Church, 8330 Lewis Avenue, Temperance, MI.   Arrangements by Michael W. Pawlak Funeral Home, Temperance, MI.  www.pawlakfuneralhome.com
